What's funny is back during DDD and the aftermath of its launch, I had a hunch that maybe Yen Sid was secretly evil. I mean, the rumor of Nobodies not having hearts was started and spread by Xemnas and the Organization, but Yen Sid seemingly takes that as fact and basically tells Sora to destroy them all. He conveniently leads Sora along the path Xehanort wanted him to go on, even in DDD. Awfully fishy there.

And yes, he has eyes more soulless than even Maleficent and Xehanort.
