Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX has caught the attention of fans worldwide after it was discovered to contain a plethora of issues including broken physics due to the 60fps upgrade and certain boss fights becoming more difficult than they should be.
Patch 1.02 for the Japanese version of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX fixed a few of these issues, namely the battle with Vexen in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, however issues from the Playstation 3 release such as the reaction command in one of the battles with Xemnas is still broken. Bizkit047 compiled a list of issues they have with the game, which you can view here. It is clear the Kingdom Hearts team is listening to feedback, which you can send via the twitter (linked above) or through their support channels.
