In just a few short weeks, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix will be released in western territories, but it just wouldn't be the same without a special launch event, now would it? Lucky for us, one is taking place at the Walt Disney Studios Lot in Burbank, California!
This is a very exclusive event made accessible through invitation only, and will be hosted at two separate occasions in order to allow as many guests as possible to experience all that the event has to offer! Attendees will be able to view a never-before-seen trailer, purchase Kingdom Hearts 2.5 early as well as some cool merchandise, and get to meet some special guests!

There are 3 ways you can apply for tickets, listed below:
- A link to an Eventbrite ticket page will be posted on the official KINGDOM HEARTS Facebook page on Tuesdays at 1:00pm (PST). Tickets will be very limited, and will go very quickly!
- Pre-order the KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX Collector’s Edition by November 18 to be automatically entered into the “Inside the Kingdom, from the Heart” Sweepstakes and 100 lucky winners will receive tickets! Pre-order here
- Simply answer the following question by responding in the comments section below by November 18th and we’ll select 25 people to receive tickets!
- If you can ask 1 question to the KINGDOM HEARTS development team about KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX, what would it be?

It's a promotional video comprised of the footage that was captured at the NA and EU Casting Call events.
To the awesome KH development team: is there any character, from either the Disney or Square Enix world, that you have not introduced into KH yet, that you would love to do so eventually. Follow-up, why hasn't that character appeared in KH yet...what prevented it?
My question:
What sparked the idea for the 1.5 and 2.5 remixes? Was it to allow western audiences to enjoy awesome features such as limit form and the data battles from KH2FM or to allow gamers, who had never played KH before, to experience it in HD on the PS3? And why arent the remixes going to be released on the PS4?

A question for the development team.
While working on 2.5 did your emotions ever stir and with that in mind are you proud of the end result, if so how proud?
At times like these I really wish I didn't live on the east coast... o_o

During the development of KH 1.5 and KH 2.5, was there ever a case where the team wanted to focus on improving one aspect of the game, only to find out some fans really wanted to see something entirely different improved instead?[/FONT]

For instance, in Birth By Sleep, each character only has one piece of a big story whenever they travel to a new Disney world, which reflected the three protagonists' needs to see things from each other's points of view. One question I would ask the Kingdom Hearts development team is what gave you guys the idea for Nobodies and the whole concept of Organization XIII? It's such a cool and interesting idea and I would love to know how you guys came up with it all! :biggrin:

One thing I have to admit. Thankfully, we don't have to wait more than two months. Almost there!!!!!!!!
Kingdom Hearts insider I would love to be apart of this event. I live in California so I can attend if the opportunity is given to me. I always come to this website for the latest kingdom Hearts news. This is where I pre-order KH2.5 Japanese collector's edition and KH action figures. This is also where I learned about the kingdom hearts casting call announcement, I applied and was selected to be a part of that event as well, so it would be natural to attend this event as well if the opportunity allows it. The casting call event was amazing, it was great to be with other kingdom hearts fans it was like a mini "Kingdom Hearts con". I met a lot of people and made some new friends. That was the highlight of the year, I'll be more excited if I attend this event. Who could the surprise guest be? I would die for a chance to be apart of this event.
I also have a YouTube channel called "Kingdom Hearts & Beyond" where I talk about Kingdom Hearts and other video games but mostly Kingdom Hearts related stuff.I would like to report on the event and share the footage online( I recorded footage from the casting call event as well). I'm trying to boost my subscribers and I know this will be a good opportunity for my channel.I know this is a long email/reply, thanks for reading and hopefully here from you.
PS: if I could ask any question it would be what was the process from Kingdom Hearts BBS to PlayStation 3?

If you attended the casting call event, you should check your email to see if you have already received a ticket. If you went with somebody as their guest, you need to ask them about it.
If you did not get a ticket, you need to respond to SE's blog post linked in our opening post or check out the Kingdom Hearts Facebook page tomorrow at 1pm Pacific Time to try and nab a ticket if they have more to give away. You must act fast because they will be gone before you know it.
I come here to read the comments from over-eager people who think this site is giving away tickets. Congrats to any and all who get tickets.

If you received an invitation to the Casting Call event, you should have received an email with an invite for the Launch Showcase. However, if you attended CC as a guest of an invitee, you will need them to send an email to Square Enix on your behalf.

To help fix the console spread of the series and bring most of the games together on one console to then make them more accessible to people.

Also, to give the international audience access to the Final Mix versions of 1, 2 and BBS that were previously exclusive to Japan. To give Europe access to Re:CoM at all. And I suppose to give Japanese audiences that only ever owned the original a second chance.
Also to get some new fans and older fans hyped for KH3 in three or four years.
So Yasue and Hashimoto will be attending the London event on the 3rd, which leaves the question, who is attending this one?
Honestly, I'm betting it's Nomura, considering how they're all hush-hush about it.

Nomura really dislikes any photos taken of him (hence why at nearly all the events they specifically hold up signs to deter people from taking photos of Nomura) so I cannot see him willingly taking photos with fans who are selected, but I could be wrong.

In a controlled environment where it's only a certain amount of people, I think he'd be...okay. Also butter him up with extensive tours of the WDAS campus and I imagine he can stand it for a day before burrowing himself back in his office/in the merch department/at home with his cute cats.

Any photos from the event? I know that the KH3 footage was kept under wraps but I've seen photos on other KH sites and from a few friends, just curious if any of you lucky attendees caught some nice photos (perhaps with the not-so-elusive KHi staff?).

Maybe I'm missing something but WHAT?!?!??! Where was this "Unversed plushie?" I know they are releasing plushies of all the main enemies and they have already the Shadow, Dusk, and Meow Wow, but the Flood is the last one...and if it was at the event, I need photo evidence!!!

There was no Flood, we're still waiting on it. Though, who knows if it will ever actually get made. The Dusk isn't even available in NA... ;~;
