9/27 Union χ JP Update: Dissidia collaboration, App Store Pricing Changes

The cost of jewel packs and number of jewels received are being adjusted to reflect recent tax and App Store price tier changes in Japan. These changes will affect all users (iOS, Android, etc.). iOS users will not be able to purchase jewels until after maintenance on September 30, 2019.

These changes will be implemented sometime on or after October 1st, 2019. Because Apple must apply changes all across the App Store, an exact date and time cannot be provided.

Maintenance for KHUX will be held before and after these changes have been applied. The official schedule will be shared at a later date.
