I think that Xehanort will start winning and Sora will have some crazy comeback story. Or Sora sacrifices himself to defeat Xehanort once and for all. Maybe Riku and Kairi do too.

The prophecy seems to reference the Keyblade War. Or, the MoM's foresight ends right before the clash between Sora and Xehanort.

My brother and I were thinking along the lines that Sora is fighting Xehanort and ends up dying in the process.
Then all main characters fight Xehanort and begin to become weaken and when hope is starting to fade Sora returns with a comeback and everyone (or just Sora) slays Xehanort once and for all.
It's just something me and my brother wouldn't mind seeing.
