First, what exactly is the difference between Pure-blood and Emblem Heartless? The Ansem Reports made the distinction that Emblem Heartless are artificially created, while Pure-bloods come about through the usual means. But 358/2 Days explained that Emblem Heartless are the ones that have a heart in their possession. Can someone explain to me the difference? I'm also a bit confused on how exactly a person would turn into a Heartless. I understand that if your Heart is stolen by a Heartless then you become one and that if a Heartless consumes a heart it multiplies. But how does one become a Heartless while still keeping their heart?
Second, I was hoping someone could clarify something for me about the concept of Keychains. I was under the impression that in KH1 and 2 Sora collected Keychains and not actual Keyblades and then he swaps the Keychain on the Kingdom Key. Is this correct? If this is correct, how is Sora able to Dual Wield Keyblades? Which leads to my next question...
What's the logic behind wielding multiple Keyblades? Since Roxas absorbed Xion and obtained her Kingdom Key, it makes sense that he would be able to Dual Wield and swap Keychains on both, allowing him to use the Oathkeeper and Oblivion. But since Sora absorbed Roxas, who absorbed Xion, Sora should have the ability to wield three Keyblades, since he should have three identical Kingdom Keys in his possession. Sora having the ability to wield three Keyblades is supported by his battle against Roxas when he commanders Roxas' Keyblades. So shouldn't three Keyblades be the maximum Sora can wield at this time? And shouldn't he and Roxas be the only people capable of wielding two (or more) due to their special circumstances? If the above are true, then that means Sora has three Keyblades (3 Kingdom Keys) and a plethora of Keychains?
