A Power, Speed, or Magic Gem can drop as a rare drop if you defeat the Luna Bandit.
You will also receive a Power, Speed, or Magic Gem by defeating the Royal Pretender which is a rare enemy.
The higher the difficulty of the quest, the higher the chance of a Royal Pretender appearing.
Use the Rare Enemy Perk and Item Drop Perk effectively!
