Kingdom Hearts 3 Announcement @ TGS?

The October issue of Official PlayStation Magazine U.K. has made a claim in their rumor section that there will be an announcement about Kingdom Hearts 3 at Tokyo Game Show this October. Here's the exact quote:

"Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development as a PS3 exclusive
and will be announced at TGS."

Whether or not it's true we will soon find out! The Tokyo Game Show 2008 event takes place October 9th to 12th and there is no official word yet on what to expect from it. Last year the three newest titles for the Kingdom Hearts series were announced to the public, will we be seeing a similar plan from Square Enix again this year?
