A Power Gem can drop as a rare drop if you defeat the Ogre!
You will also receive a Power Gem by defeating the Iron Giant which is a rare enemy.
Iron Giant will appear more as the difficulty goes up.
It's recommended to use Rare Enemy Perk and Item Drop Perk accessories.
