Hey, everyone!
Before we start dishing out the delicious news we know you've been waiting for, we'd just like to apologise for the lateness of these updates. Unfortunately our servers seem to have suffered considerable strain over the past 24 hours and as a result there have been several database errors which have directly affected the site staff's ability to update the fans with the E3 news; as a result, we will be posting all of the news as soon as possible. Thank you!
First on our roster for Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep are the brand new game play videos in English directly from Square Enix's site. There is a video each for the three Keyblade Wielders and we see clips from Olympus Coliseum, Land of Dreams and Deep Space. These videos are especially exciting since we gain an insight into the voice acting of the three characters as well as seeing more and more of the English titles of their attacks. While we wait for the release of the game, discuss the videos on our forums, thanks to forum member loke13.
In other news, you may have heard that the director of the franchise, Tetsuya Nomura, was rumoured to make an appearance at E3 2010 to promote Birth by Sleep. We are thrilled to report that these rumours were indeed true! Moreover, Mr. Nomura answered the questions of the fans at a conference - provided by MonsterVine, - some of which we have posted for you below as a sneak peek!
Will you look more into the past of Kingdom Hearts, e.g. The Keyblade War?
They have base concepts for the past, which they look into in BBS, but no plans for a new prequel, or anything about the Keyblade War, at least not at the moment. He's always thinking about the next title while in production of the current one. The end of BBS will give players more interest in what will happen next in the story.
Will there be a BBS: Final Mix?
No plans at the moment. Though after seeing the new trailer Japanese fans are arguing about the extras we are getting in the West. But at the same time he isn't sure how many of them could actually stand the difficulty.
This is all very exciting for us here at KHInsider and for indeed the fans around the world; so read the rest of the interview here on our forums, thanks to forum member breaktheice16.
