The Square Enix Japanese Calendar has updated with the addition of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Novel Volume 1! It's set to release on July 31st for 700 yen. We can only assume that the author is going to be Tomoco Kanemaki (the author of the previous novels and the 358/2 Days scenario writer).

In a recent Famitsu scan, the magazine interviewed with the directors of 358/2 Days, Tetsuya Nomura and Tomohiro Hasegawa. There was a footnote at the bottom of the article about the progress of Birth by Sleep, Coded, and the 3rd Birthday, and Birth by Sleep is currently recording voice acting! Not much, but still something!

The Piano Collections: Kingdom Hearts album will soon be accompanied by a sheet music book due out on June 17th! The sale numbers for 358/2 Days have been released. This past week, it has sold 106,000 units and, since it's May 29th release in Japan, it has sold 401,000 units overall! Take this with a grain of salt, though, as the information was in Japanese and I'm not quite sure how accurate it is. Thanks to FF7AC Reunion for the info!

Remember when Nintendo Power revealed that a Pinocchio world would be playable in 358/2 Days? Well multiple people have beaten the game, and there still hasn't been any sign of a Pinocchio world. Everyone assumes that Nintendo Power was giving out false information, but today, a sheet of mugshots ripped from the game has been posted on the Spriters Resource.
