There was a lot of demand for a soundtrack in the recent handheld game platforms that have been put out into the market.
Especially, many fans enjoyed the theme music such as Xion's theme from the Nintendo DS title ‘Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days'. Music from ‘Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep' were very popular.

This just in: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep won the Gold Prize at the 2010 PlayStation awards for shipping 500,000 units in Japan.

Now this is news I've many of us have been waiting for!!!
Square Enix Music has just tweeted that they will be releasing a 3 disc compilation soundtrack of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded! The soundtrack is worth 3,800 yen (around $40) and is expected to be available on February 2, 2010.
In related news, the box art for Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix has been revealed in Amazon Japan:
