If you want a special picture in your signature (called 'tags'), you can head down to the Digital Media forum and request one in the, well, Requests section. To add this to your signature (or to add anything else to the signature) hit the 'User CP' tab at the top of the screen, and on the left menu there should be an option called 'edit signature'. From there, it's self explanatory.

Yep. Those are called user titles. You get to change them when you're a Premium member.

Spamming to raise your post count is bad and you may be banned if you try to do so.
Request in any graphics shop or make a request thread and also,try and provide a picture if you can.
