Possible Princesses Of Heart (Fun discussion)

This is a thread all about the future Princesses of Heart, who do you think could be one of the remaining three princesses, for example, one possibility I have is Mulan, I don't want to throw her out yet just because we've seen her in a game prior to KH3, she would fit the bill of one, she took her father's place in the war Afterall, Just like Belle, a former Princess Of Heart, did when she traded places with her father as Beast's prisoner in the movie, anyway what are your thoughts, and who do you think could be a possibility or possibilities?

Headcanon 1: Kairi either already lost her PoH status during the events of KH3 or will lose it & pass it on to the next generation in a future game.
Headcanon 2: Elsa & Anna jointly shares 1 spot, not 2.
Headcanon 3: WiR being in KHX, a game where almost all of the other worlds were PoH ones, is no coincidence.

I think you just about nailed it but I would like to add two things.

1. Mirabel could potentially take one of those spots. I personally wouldn't replace anyone but it could happen.

2. If Kairi passes her spot to another OC, I think Strelitzia is a likely candidate unless Unreality has it's own set of Princesses. In that case, we can start guessing what that lineup would look like (Princess Leia is an obvious choice).

Not really. UX had most of its worlds be PoH based but there was little payoff to that setup (Jasmine didn't even appear in the browser KHX version).

UX and BBS being prequels, their presence in those games is just setup for KH1. KH3 started introducing "new" princesses as back up for the Guardians of Light, but the lineup is incomplete. In a normal world, it would be a safe assumption that these new princesses might be important moving forward. But we don't live in a normal world, we live in Nomura's World.

Well, with a new antagonist AND new PoH lineup, i think if they were ever posed to matter again it would be now for a new saga. Perhaps in retrospect we'll find the focusing on the PoH for KHx to be foreshadow for the Foretellers plot going forward.

I'm kind of hoping that by the time they have to finalize their choices, a good choice for Disney dude of heart will appear and the NSH will have a teeny variety.

But honestly with the way they keep building Ven up about this stuff, maybe the end goal is to have Ven take Kairi's place as an official pure light.
