Thought I'd share some of my work with you guys.
Most of it is for my photography class (which I passed with all credits!) last semester.

So I'm back with stuff to post! I've been so busy with school, working on different projects and enjoying it.

Most of the things I've done are done digitally, so I guess I'll eventually create a thread for that in the digital art section, but for now here are a few things I've been working on lately!

I can't load vidoes or the second image since my internet sucks but I love the third one! I didn't even know photoshop could make gifs. As for the fourth I find myself impressed by your realism as always. Especially on the eyes. o_0

Is the second picture blank? I can't see anything.

It seems to be working properly now. What was the problem with the video earlier?

I am really digging the blues. It's amazing how you're using the paint brush like a pencil. Paint brushes are a little difficult to use, because the paint seems to splatter everywhere.

I think I didn't post it properly on here!

But thank you! The one thing I love about painting is that if you mess up, you can just cover it up again or blend it in. Acrylics are a little harder to use because of their fast drying time (which I used in this video). Oils are great, because they dry so slowly. You can keep on blending and blending! Paintbrushes are more difficult to use than pencils, yes, but as you keep painting, they get easier to use and are a lot of fun to use as well. As you can see, I use /a lot/ of different brushes, bigger ones for bigger parts, and of course very tiny brushes for details.

Yes it works better now and it is lovely! =]

Thank you so much!

I recently bought a bunch of oil colours so of course I had to try them out. It was something completely different for me because I usually work with acrylics, but it opened up a new world for me, and I don't want to go back to using acrylics ever again lol.

lol Gotta say I'd miss the acrylics but I'd be lying if I didn't find this just as good! :D I love the colors for it. Brighter.

Thanks :D

I always get messy whenever I mess around with acrylic.

Lol, getting messy is part of the process! I always get paint everywhere :D

I'm currently working on another oil painting piece. I got a few more colours and more mediums to try out and see if I like them. So far I really do.

Her face is almost done, I just need to glaze a bit more and work on the detailing. Then I need to focus more on the hand and her upper body. Then comes the hair, and finally the background. It's a bigger piece so it's quite a challenge to work on a larger surface. I usually work on A4 paper or canvas (sometimes slightly larger). I'm having a lot of fun with it though!

It sure is paid off. I haven't used big paper like this. I usually use sketch paper.

Do you have a Deviantart or Tumblr where I can follow your art? ;-; I'd love to see a gallery of yours.

Your skill with the watercolor got even better so quickly. I love the water and figure but, I know it's weird to say, the hair honestly astounds me. o-o Almost lifelike or perhaps...no lifelike is the word.
