A whale of a tale is coming your way, and by golly, that can't get any truer than that! Monstro is the type of creature you'd meet in your dreams, and true to his name, it'd actually be more of a nightmare you can only hope to awake from. This great beast spends its time swimming throughout the universe just trying to mind its own business, but even so, it can't help it when it runs the same course as others and has no choice but to swallow whatever is coming its way! Unfortunately for Monstro, the only way out for those poor unfortunate souls is by creating a rumbling in its tummy, and with a great big sneeze, out comes the cause of all its problems!

A monstrous whale that lives in the star ocean, gigantic enough to be a world! It can be fought in the Mirage Arena's "Monster of the Deep" challenge, exclusive to Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix. The battle involves alternately defeating several Unversed while inside the bowels of the whale to escape, and inflicting enough damage on the outside before Monstro swallows the player again.
