Brash, stubborn and always ready to throw some punches, Hugo is one of Quasimodo's three best friends, the only friends he's ever known but are in reality, gargoyles with the unique ability to come to life at will. He's bumbling, he's mischievous; certainly one to have entertained the young man as he was growing up, granting him a companion who could share in his boyhood curiosities. Hugo revealed himself to Sora and Riku during their visits to the Notre Dame cathedral; informing Sora of Quasimodo's position and his relationship with Frollo, and defeating Nightmares within the cathedral as Riku made his way to the rooftops where the Minister was waiting with the Wargoyle. |
