For those of you in North America who weren't able to attend New York Comic Con and enter the contest to win a Sora or Roxas Play Arts Kai or would prefer not to import directly from Japan, we've got some good news for you! Rather than going all that way to acquire the figurines, how would you like it if they came directly to you instead?
According to the North American Square Enix shop, the Sora and Roxas Play Arts Kai are set to be released in December 2014 for $89.99!

i have DDD sora from the grid and lol im still don't know how to put the keyblade in his hand they told me put it in a gentle way but it won't get in at all i might brake it if i do it harder:(

Wow, that's surprisingly not bad. Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have them cheaper, but considering how much this kind of stuff usually goes for, it's not bad at all.

A piece. I'm assuming you aren't very familiar with the Play Arts Kai line. They start at $70 and can go up to $200.
Not familiar at all. That's pretty crazy, but whatever makes one happy. I'd just never seen something like that so I was a bit surprised.
I like them both. I could really only afford one of them and if I were to get one it would probably be Roxas because, you know, 2 keyblades and sea-salt ice cream.

That's exactly why I wanted the Roxas one lol. I feel like the Roxas playarts is worth more than Sora because of the extra Keyblades.
Want so much... must resist... empty spot on desk is looking mighty friendly right now... wallet hurts...

Man, PAK stuff is always so pricey. And boy do they skyrocket in price once they're gone. Honestly, $90 isn't much compared to how much you'll be paying for them on eBay afterwards. I remember when I used to own that rare set of KH2 Keyblades that had the 2 Ultima Weapons and others. Got it for $60 at release from Play Asia, sold it years later for almost $200 out of the package.
Has anyone ever bought a figurine this big at Amiami before and how much did they charge you for the shipping? I wanted to ask around before I decide to jump in.
I pre-ordered these off of Amazon about a month ago. I was looking and it says they are being released on the 15th of January. Has there been any official word of delay?

They are releasing at the end of November in Japan, so no delay.
The ones to be sold in North America via Amazon have to be imported and regulated and all that jazz, thus the difference in dates.
Thanks! :D That's good then. I was having to cancel them because of Christmas and such, but I'm glad I'll have a bit to get a bit more money for them.

Depends if you want them sooner or later. If you get it from Amiami or Amazon Japan and pay the shipping costs, it'll be the same price if you had ordered it from Amazon with Amazon Prime free shipping.
If you order from any Japanese importer/Amazon Japan it'll release at the end of November. If you order from Amazon USA normally, it'll come in January.
Sorry I'm late to the party, but darn does SENA charge A LOT for these?!?!? Amiami only charges ~$70 for each figure and after shipping is about $150 for both. This would be $180 for just the figures without shipping...and it's from a US based buyer O_O That being said, Amiami sold out a long time ago and I missed out (so did Play Asia) so looks like I will be buying from them anyways.
After these it'll just be the Limit form PAK ^_^ which is going for $150 on eBay -__- RELEASE THAT IN THE US TOO PLEASE!!!!
