Immediately after the announcement of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX at D23 Expo Japan 2013, the official website for the newest high definition remaster was launched by Square Enix Japan. While the website only features the announcement trailer, it will eventually be updated with details on characters, the changes and additions made for the remaster, and comparison shots between the original games and the upscaled versions.
Along with the official website launch, the first set of official screenshots and logos have been released. Check them out below:
Picking up after KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX, players will be able to continue on their adventures with Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy, and also explore the origins of the KINGDOM HEARTS series with characters Terra, Aqua and Ventus all with gorgeous high-definition visuals and enhanced gameplay mechanics. KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX will provide fans with the chance to replay the games of the celebrated franchise, and also lead into the highly anticipated KINGDOM HEARTS III, which is set to be released on the Playstation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft.
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will release worldwide in 2014 for the Playstation 3.

I might be wrong, but before the reveal of KH3, didn't Nomura say that he wanted to bring every title into one console? I dread if DDD is going to be released for a non-PS3 console, because too many important things happened in that title.
Of course, it might get the recap treatment as an entry in the chronicles in KH3, but I certainly hope that it will get a standalone release for PS3.
