Young at heart in the truest sense of the word, Peter Pan is a boy who never grows up, leading a carefree life as the leader of the Lost Boys and the nemesis of Captain Hook. The arrival of Wendy into his life however complicates matters, especially when Hook kidnaps her to lure Peter out into battle. Although he is able to find Wendy with relative ease, he is furious to learn that she wants to return to the safety of her home in London, where she would surely forget him. In a fit of temper, he leaves Sora, Donald, Goofy and Wendy to their fates in the hands of the pirates, but his sense of justice prevents him from totally abandoning them. It is after he is convinced that important memories will never truly fade away and that Wendy will always remember him does he agree to bring her home. |
