Appearing briefly in a memory created to remind Sora of the lengths he went to heal his friends' torment in Kingdom Hearts, Kairi, Sora's childhood friend, is seen as a lifeless shell, the result of her heart fleeing her body in an attempt to escape the darkness during the destruction of Destiny Islands. Although her torment has been healed, this memory might shed light on her role in Sora's next adventure. Would her status as one of the fabled Princesses of Heart make her a target of darkness in the near future? |
