First Appearance: KINGDOM HEARTS (2002) A beautiful and compassionte Princess both of Heart and of Agrabah, she is in love with Aladdin, though isn't totally aware of just who he is. She is first seen hiding in the markets of Agrabah as Jafar and Maleficent discuss the world's Keyhole and Jasmine's own role in greater, more sinister things. She meets Sora, Donald and Goofy nearby, and asks for their help in finding Aladdin, before she is captured by the vizier. She is later seen outside the palace gates before disappearing inside one of the Pot Centipede's segments. Vanished after defeating the creature, her final appearance in the game is in the treasure chamber within the Cave of Wonders, unconscious in front of Agrabah's Keyhole. After Jafar is defeated, but before the heroes ascend to seal the Keyhole, Jasmine is seen to be kidnapped by an unkown character. Later, after Kingdom Hearts has been sealed, Jasmine returns to Agrabah to live with Aladdin. |
First Appearance: KINGDOM HEARTS (2002) A Princess both of Heart and Agrabah, Jasmine's kindness and beautiful appearance attract the attention of all in Agrabah, though at the conclusion of Kingdom Hearts, she only has a heart for Aladdin. Outside of Agrabah, she worked with five of the other Princesses of Heart to hold back the Darkness issuing from the final Keyhole in Hollow Bastion. A year since then, Jasmine greets Sora and the others in a gloomy state, on account of Aladdin's unannounced disappearances. When she sees Iago with them, she panics and commands Sora and the palace guards to capture the parrot, though her perceptions of him change later on. Once Jafar is freed from the lamp, Jasmine is captured by him, and chained to the Palace doors while Jafar regales her with his unchanging plan: To rule Agrabah with her as his reluctant queen, though the plan is cut short when Sora returns from the Sandswept Ruins and defeats Jafar. |
